Do you have clothes you wished were a little more flattering and fun? Do you have clothes that just need a little mending to make them wearable again?
Join us for an interactive workshop on how to make old, dated, tired and unflattering clothing fantastic all over again. Jennifer Triemstra-Johnston will lead you through different scenarios on how to alter, fix and update your favourite clothes or the items you never wear because they are too big, small, short, long, gape or just don’t sit right. Jennifer will be armed with safety pins to pin alterations so we can fit you during the session.
Supplies, sewing machines and sergers will be on hand to help you alter, restyle and fix your clothes right then and there.
Basic sewing skills are suggested for this workshop.
