Ice Dyeing Saturday Morning Social!

Join us for a creative morning!
Using ice, dye and heat, create interesting patterns on a knit yarn blank that is unravelled to become two identical balls of variegated yarn. This means you can make two mitts or socks with the exact same pattern!
The process takes a while so it will be a leisurely morning. We will begin with setting up the ice and dye. As the ice melts, enjoy tea and baked treats from the Brod Bread and Pastry and you work on a personal project if you wish. Once the pattern is established on the knit yarn blank, we prepare it for the heat to set the dyes. At the end of the morning you will leave with a hand dyed blank that once dried can be wound into two matching balls or skeins of yarn. Perfect for socks or mitts.
(If you want to learn how to knit up 2 socks at the same time, join us for our 2 Socks at Once Knit Along the following two Saturday mornings, March 11th and 18th. Be sure to sign up for our combo offer instead! )
All materials are included.
