Denim Patchwork Pillow Project

Are you a novice sewer? Do you need a refresher on machine sewing?
Then it is time to whip up a simple denim patchwork pillow and get comfortable on a sewing machine.
During this 4 hour workshop, Jennifer Triemstra-Johnston will introduce/remind you about basic sewing practices while you design, cut and sew your very own denim patchwork pillow.
Since it is family day weekend, grab a relative, kid or friend and make it a shared experience. We are offering a buy one get one for $15 off special for bookings of two.
Haven’t sewn for a while? The this is the perfect project to get you going again.
Participants should have a basic understanding of how to run a sewing machine. (Private sessions are available to introduce you to the sewing machine.)
All materials provided but you are welcome to donate old jeans to our collection if you want to.
You are welcome to use one of our sewing machines or you can bring you own to work on.
